Since installing VirusBarrier X6, I am unable to stream or view video content online using Netflix or other sites
This can occur when you ask VirusBarrier X6 to protect information about your computer from being sent to the Netflix website. Netflix requires access to certain information, such as your OS version, and web browser, in order to load video properly.
Please open VirusBarrier X6 and click the Surf button. Now, please disable any of these features if they are enabled:
- Cookies Filter
- Information Hiding
Now, please close VirusBarrier X6 and try again.
