In some situations, after installing and launching VirusBarrier 2013, the main window appears blank or empty and is unresponsive.
If this is happening on your Mac, please open Mac OS X System Preferences and click the Sharing icon.
Is it blank? If so, please enter any name and restart your computer.
Now, please open VirusBarrier 2013 again and it should work as expected.
