You might see multiple VirusBarrier scans running at the same time. This can occur if you have scheduled multiple scans in VirusBarrier, such as a 'Daily Scan' and a 'Scan After Malware Definitions'. For more information on Scheduling Scans, click here.
Another reason that multiple scans may appear is when you have scheduled a Daily Scan that has not completed, and another Daily Scan begins before the first scan has completed. For example, if you schedule a Daily Scan for 6:00 p.m. and place your computer into sleep mode, the scan will pause during sleep and will only begin scanning again when it awakes from sleep. Your next Daily Scan may take place on the following day before the first scan has completed.
