Can I use Personal Backup with my tape drive?

Basically, Personal Backup is able to access any drive which can be mounted and manipulated from the Finder.  This means that if you can mount the tape on the desktop and read/write to and from it doing a simple file copy, for example, there's no reason that Personal Backup cannot do the same.

This allows you to backup onto a variety of devices: tape drives, SyQuest, Zip, Jaz... provided that the necessary software for these units is correctly installed and running.

Any volume that can be mounted to the desktop - and that you can copy data to and from at the Finder level - can be used as the source or destination in Personal Backup.
