If you are experiencing any issues while purchasing or renewing your Intego software online, please check the following:

If you are trying to purchase Intego software online and receive an error message that "Cookies must be accepted", please check your browser preferences to make sure you are allowing cookies. In Safari, click Safari > Preferences > Privacy in the top menu bar as seen below and make sure you are not blocking cookies.
Certain third-party browser Extensions may also cause issues when attempting to order Intego software online. The most common Extensions that can cause issues are Ad-Blocking Extensions and Extensions such as Ghostery. To disable your Extensions in Safari, click Safari > Preferences > Extensions in the top menu bar as seen below and make sure that your Extensions are off.
If you have exhausted these steps and still cannot use Intego's website to make your purchase, you may want to try another web browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome.
