If Identity Scrubber encounters errors during the activation process, you may see one of the following messages:
Message: Invalid Activation Number - The Activation number you have entered does not appear to be valid. Please re-check and enter your number again exactly as it appears, including any dashes or spaces without adding any additional characters.
Reason: Your activation number was not entered properly.
Solution: Your activation number was not entered exactly as it appeared in your invoice. Please return to your original invoice and use the copy and paste command (command+c and command+v on your keyboard) to enter the number directly into Identity Scrubber. If you are unable to use the copy and paste method, make sure all of the spaces, digits, letters and dashes are entered exactly as they appear in your invoice. Please make sure there are no additional spaces at the end of your serial number as well.
Message: The activation number is invalid. Please check your number and try again. If the error persists, please contact Intego Support for further assistance.
