If you have recently updated to Mac OS X Mavericks or reinstalled your Operating System, you may be experiencing issues with Identity Scrubber. This can usually be resolved by reinstalling the latest version of of the software. To do so, please Click Here to download the Mac Premium 2013 Bundle installer.
Once the download is complete, open the installer and install Identity Scrubber.
