We have received reports from some users that Real Time Scanner appears disabled (Off) in the VirusBarrier application after updating to version 10.9.16 as illustrated below:
This issue occurs when VirusBarrier is moved to the Applications folder or another location on your Mac. Some users have accidentally used "drag & drop" and moved VirusBarrier X9 when attempting to enable Full Disk Access.
The fastest way to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall your VirusBarrier software. Just download your Intego software bundle from the following webpage:
Uninstall the software first, reinstall again and restart your Mac. VirusBarrier should now work again as expected. If the issue persists, please Contact Support for assistance.
