How will a 2Checkout transaction appear on your billing statements?
Any transaction processed through 2Checkout, whether it is a new order or a renewal, will appear as "2co.com."
How can I access my 2Checkout account?
Your account with 2Checkout is created automatically when placing an order through our website. You can log in and access your 2Checkout account here. You can use this account to view your order history, download invoices, as well as update billing information for your subscription.
When you visit the link above, you will have the option to look up your account by email address.
You can also find your account by using the Order Number you received via email after purchase.
If you have already set up your 2Checkout account login, you can click the option to 'Login with Password' and enter your credentials.
When and how will I receive confirmation and the details of my purchase?
You should receive confirmation of your purchase, as well as your order details, via email. In some instances, it may take up to an hour to receive this information.
If I did not receive my order email, what do I do?
If you have still not received your order email after some time, please make sure to double check your Spam or Junk mail folders, sometimes the message will get filtered there accidentally.
