VirusBarrier False Positive?

If you believe that VirusBarrier has falsely detected malware on a file and you do not believe it is actually infected, you can send it directly to our Virus Detection Team for further analysis.  

To do so, simply right-click the file in question and choose Services/ Submit Suspicious File To Intego.   You will then receive a prompt that will allow you to e-mail the file directly to Intego for analysis.


NOTE:  If a false positive is determined, a new VirusBarrier Threat Filter will be released to resolve the issue.
