First, make sure you have enabled the option in the VirusBarrier > Preferences > General window. You can locate this by clicking the VirusBarrier Preferences... button, or from the menu bar by clicking the word VirusBarrier as it appears in the top left corner of your computer screen:
Now, simply connect your device directly to your Mac via USB (Note: wireless connections are not supported), and it will appear in the left hand column of the main VirusBarrier window as shown below:
If you still do not see your device in the left hand column of the main VirusBarrier window, please unlock the screen of your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. You may see a prompt appear like the one shown below:
Tap on 'Trust' and the prompt will disappear. Now you should be able to see your iOS device within VirusBarrier.
Select 'Scan', and VirusBarrier will scan your device for any malware.
