Enabling JavaScript
If you are trying to purchase Intego software online and experience issues with non-functional buttons or if you cannot view web pages properly, please check your browser preferences to make sure that JavaScript is enabled. In Safari, click Safari > Preferences > Security in the top menu bar as seen below and make sure that JavaScript is enabled.
Accepting Cookies
If you are trying to purchase Intego software online and receive an error message that "Cookies must be accepted", please check your browser preferences to make sure you are allowing cookies. In Safari, click Safari > Preferences > Privacy in the top menu bar as seen below and make sure you are not blocking cookies.
Disabling Third-Party Browser Extensions
Certain third-party browser Extensions may also cause issues when attempting to order Intego software online. The most common Extensions that can cause issues are Ad-Blocking Extensions and Extensions such as Ghostery. To disable your Extensions in Safari, click Safari > Preferences > Extensions in the top menu bar as seen below and uncheck the extensions
