Invalid Login Error - VPN

If you see this error message when logging in to your Intego Privacy Protection VPN service, it means you have entered an invalid username or password.

The most common cause of this issue is copying and pasting blank spaces or characters into the Log In window. Please double-check your login information carefully to ensure it is accurate, and make sure there are not any additional blank spaces before/after your name and password.
