The most common cause of this issue is copying and pasting blank spaces or characters into the Log In window. Please double-check your login information carefully to ensure it is accurate, and make sure there are not any additional blank spaces before/after your username and password.
The login credentials for the VPN are specific to the VPN application, they are different from your other passwords that would be used for installing your Intego software, or logging into your Intego Account online.
