About Intego's Refund Policy

Intego offers a 30 day money-back guarantee* for any Intego software purchased or renewed directly from our website.

We are confident that our software will meet your needs. However, If you are not happy with your purchase or renewal, you can contact us within 30 days from the date of your purchase by submitting a ticket to Intego Support here. Please include any relevant subscription information and the reason for requesting the refund.

Provided the above conditions are met, your refund request will be processed within 14 days. Upon processing of your refund, you agree to delete and uninstall all copies of Intego software from your devices. Please note that different terms may apply if the software is purchased through a third-party provider, so review your offer terms in advance.
