I Did Not Receive My Order

Once you have placed an order for any Intego product you should receive an email containing your download and activation information shortly after receiving confirmation of the purchase.

If you do not receive this email to your inbox, please make sure to check your spam and junk folders, in case the filtering from your email provider redirects the messages. When checking your spam/junk folders, please make sure to access your mail via the web browser, and not the Mail app on your device. For example, if you have an email address with the domain of @gmail.com, you would want to log into your Gmail account online at www.gmail.com and check your spam folder there, as opposed to within Apple's Mail app. It is possible that filtering protocols can prevent messages from appearing within the Mail app that would be present within the spam folder online.

It is also possible that some orders may take additional processing time in order to verify the payment method. This can take up to an hour after time of purchase to complete. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Please also make sure to double check the email address used during purchase. An invalid email, or typo can lead to the email with the order details not being received.
